Reservation Information

The completely furnished house sleeps 6 people, and is availlable for $280 per weeknight, $290 weekends (2 night minimum), which includes room tax. An additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged for each stay. A 25% discount will be applied for stays of one week or longer.

Policy: The house can accommodate no more than 6 people.

• Pets are not acceptible; and smoking is not allowed in the house.
• A deposit of one/third of the total amount is required to hold the reservation; and a 14-day cancellation notice is required.
